I Dipali Anadbhai Amin, would serve as a President/Chairman of “Shree Gayatri Mahila Seva Sangha”. Our organization is the oldest of 6 years (Registration No: – F/14087 Date 12/08/2008). Our office is located at 4 / Sweta Duplex, Nr Rupal Flats, Radhaswami Mandir Road, Ranip, Ahmedabad (382480), Gujarat.
In our organization more than 50 person are exists. Most of them are women’s. Our job is to help needy women’s/people. I’m M.Phill student. And I can understand the emotions of people. Since last 10+ years we are working on the project of RNTCP AGO/PP Revised Scheme (TB Control Society Ahmedabad) which contain the area like Ranip and Ghatlodiya. In this project we doing the various program like Community meeting, patient visit meeting, doctor meeting, School IC and gathered the people and give them Health awareness for TB. Our work related certificates and photos are attached in this letter.
We are ready to work with you on National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme (NVBDCP) under the plan (NRHM State Programme Implementation) and as per your guidance we are ready to work at Bavada and Godhara Area of Gujarat State(OR other areas suggested by you). Our trust office will be established at assigned area, our organization will be provided 100% of efforts. If you found any mistake during the deal work then you are able to cancel the scheme which is assigned to us.
